Classes for EveryoneThese weekly classes are a perfect introduction to Buddhist thought and meditation. Included is guided meditation, practical instruction and discussion. We need to abandon harmful actions because these are the cause of suffering, engage in beneficial actions because they are the cause of happiness, and learn to control our delusions. We can learn to integrate Buddha's teachings into our everyday life through sincerely practicing faith, consideration, non-attachment, non-hatred and effort.
