The Blessing Empowerment of Medicine Buddha

Everyone is welcome to attend this very special blessing and instruction on the traditional
healing practice of Medicine Buddha.
Buddha taught many meditation practices to help cure our sickness. Medicine Buddha is a Buddha
Doctor whose function is to release living beings from inner and outer sickness by bestowing his
profound blessings. At this event, Kelsang Jindak will grant the empowerment of Medicine Buddha
and explain a powerful method to heal ourselves and others.
By sincerely relying upon Medicine Buddha and engaging in this practice, we will gradually
become free from all kinds of physical sickness and mental pain. We shall develop a special power
of body, speech and mind that we can use to help others through healing actions. $50. Please

Purification Day Course
May 31, 10am to 5pm
with Kelsang Jindak, Resident Teacher of the Olympia Mahayana Buddhist Center
This class will be held at the Kadampa Meditation Center in Seattle.
Although it is our constant wish, even in our dreams, to be free from misery, suffering,
fear, and danger, we shall never enjoy these freedoms until we have purified all the
negative actions we have accumulated in this and previous lives. Kelsang Jindak will
introduce us to the practice of purifying our negative karma.
There will be teachings, guided meditation, and Q&A on this important topic. $45, including
a vegetarian lunch.
