Welcome to Meditate In Tacoma!
Meditate In Tacoma is a branch of our Center in Olympia. Our beautiful and welcoming space is nestled on the 3rd floor of the Sprague Building in the heart of Downtown at Pacific and 15th. We offer several classes a week and special events. Our weekly classes are listed to the right. Special classes and events in Tacoma are listed within the Special Events page.
Both beginners and more experienced meditators will be comfortable at all classes, unless otherwise stated. We have chair and floor seating available.
