Teen Night

Meditation and Buddhism for young adults:
• Explore Buddhism
• Discover ways to deal with stress
• Increase confidence
• Improve friendships
• Learn how to develop inner and world peace
Teen class consists of a short talk, guided meditation, questions and answers. Then, we snack and chat. Geared for ages 13 - 19
The class will be led by resident teacher Kelsang Tsoglam
